Projects run from $500 to $25,000+. A single performance fix or migration sits at the low end, a full build with a custom plugin at the high end, retainers in between. You get a fixed quote in writing after the discovery call, and it doesn’t move unless you change the scope.
Most projects finish in two to six weeks. Isolated fixes are often same-day. Full builds run four to six weeks. You get a realistic date before we start, and a written update every week whether or not there’s good news.
You’re hiring me. I lead discovery, architecture, and senior implementation on every engagement. Gatilab is my company, and when a build needs more production hands than one person has, its team picks up the scoped parts. The proposal names which parts those are before you sign.
Most of my clients are. I work asynchronously across time zones with written updates and milestone checkpoints, so nothing waits on a shared working hour. Calls get scheduled in your morning or your evening, whichever you prefer.
Payments are tied to milestones, so you’re never out a large sum on unfinished work. If a milestone doesn’t meet what we agreed in writing, it gets fixed before the next one starts and before it’s billed.
Thirty days of fixes are included. After that, monthly maintenance covering updates, security monitoring, backups, performance checks, and priority support is available. It’s optional. Most clients take it, and the ones who don’t still get their questions answered.
