Google Business Profile

Your Google Business Profile outranks your homepage.

For a local business, the profile is what customers see first, so I rebuild it field by field: categories, services, photos, posts, Q&A, and a review strategy that keeps it moving. One fixed price, delivered in 10 working days.

How this runs

You will know the price and the plan before I touch anything.

1

Audit

I review your profile, citations, review velocity, and the competitors holding the three-pack. Most audits surface 15 to 20 fixes, and the category decision usually matters most.

You leave with: a fix list ranked by impact.

2

Rebuild

The profile gets rewritten field by field: categories, attributes, services, products, geo-tagged photos, and hours. Name, address, and phone get corrected wherever they conflict.

You leave with: a complete, correct profile.

3

Activate

I set up the review-generation templates, a Google Posts plan, and a seeded Q&A. Consistent activity is what keeps a profile in the three-pack after the initial lift.

You leave with: a review engine and a posting plan.

4

Handover

You get documentation for everything: what was changed and why, how to read your calls and direction requests, and the monthly routine that keeps the profile earning.

You leave with: a playbook your team can run monthly.

A note from me

How I optimize a profile

The category decision comes first, before anything cosmetic. The wrong primary category quietly removes you from the searches that convert, and no number of photos fixes that.

Then I complete everything. Not the important fields, all of them. Half-filled profiles lose to worse businesses with complete ones, and completeness is the cheapest ranking signal Google offers.

Two things I refuse: bought reviews and keyword-stuffed business names. Both violate Google’s guidelines, both risk suspension, and a suspended profile costs you every call it was bringing in.

Before you write in

This isn’t for every site.

Worth starting

  • Customers find you through Google Maps and near-me searches.
  • Your listing exists but sits below the three-pack while worse competitors rank.
  • Your reviews stalled years ago and nothing new is coming in.
  • You’re dealing with a suspension, a duplicate, or conflicting listings.
  • You want a one-time professional setup your own team can maintain afterward.

Look elsewhere

  • Your budget for this is under ₹8,000. Work through Google’s own setup checklist first and come back when calls matter more.
  • You want ongoing monthly management. That’s the local SEO retainer, not this package.
  • You have no physical location or service area. Google Business Profile isn’t built for online-only businesses.
  • You want a keyword-stuffed business name. It violates Google’s guidelines and risks suspension, so I won’t do it.
  • You expect the profile alone to fix a slow, thin website. It wins the search, not the site visit.

If you want to:

  • Show up in Maps for the searches that turn into calls
  • Restart your reviews a system that asks every happy customer
  • Fix the mess duplicates merged, suspensions appealed

The package is ₹12,000 fixed, and the price includes GST. That covers the full profile rewrite, category strategy, photos and posting plan, seeded Q&A, review-generation templates, and NAP, duplicate, and suspension cleanup, delivered in 10 working days.

The usual causes are a wrong or missing primary category, an unverified or suspended profile, inconsistent name, address, and phone across the web, or simply being outside the searcher’s proximity. The audit tells you which one it is; three of the four are fixable, and proximity is honest geography.

Yes, it’s part of the package. Suspensions usually trace to category, address, or verification issues, and I handle the reinstatement request. Duplicates split your review and ranking signals, so they get merged or removed until one clean profile carries everything.

You can, and Google’s own checklist covers the basics. What you’re paying for is the category strategy, the 15 to 20 non-obvious fixes an audit surfaces, suspension and duplicate handling, and a review system that actually gets used. If your budget is tight, do the checklist yourself first; the package will still be here.

Yes. Count, rating, recency, and even the keywords inside reviews feed local prominence, and they heavily influence which listing gets the click. The package includes templates that ask happy customers at the right moment. What it never includes is bought reviews, because Google filters them and can suspend the profile.

About me

So, who’s running your SEO?

500M+ search impressions earned on my own properties, not borrowed case studies.

SEO clients hire me because every tactic I recommend has already run on my own sites.

I was a teacher before I was a developer. I taught mathematics to competitive-exam students, which is why I explain hard things plainly instead of hiding behind jargon.

What I am actually good at is the join: technical SEO, fast front-ends, and content treated as one system instead of three vendors blaming each other.

  • 500M+ lifetime search impressions
  • 2,000+ articles published under my own byline
