Downloads
For purchases here, start with your account. For Amazon or another store, use that store’s order history.
Find my downloadsTry another name, clear the search, or send me a message. Themes and smaller free plugins each have a community space.
Using a theme or another free plugin? Each one has its own community space.
Downloads, license access, updates and replies.
Check your receipt and sign in with the email you used at checkout. If the order is missing, include the product name and purchase email when you contact me. Bought it on Amazon or another store? Check that store’s order history.
Some receipts point to a separate customer dashboard. It emails you a private sign-in link for licenses, downloads, activated sites and orders. Use the destination named in your receipt. Open the customer dashboard.
Check that the license belongs to the right product and that the site address matches the site you’re activating. If it still fails, send the exact error message and the product version.
Check the installed version against the product’s documentation or release notes. If you expect an update, include your WordPress version, plugin version and any update error in your message.
Usually within one business day. A confirmation email lands in your inbox as soon as the form goes through, so you know the message arrived.
Post in the community for how-to questions and feature ideas, so the answer helps the next person too. Send a private message for anything that involves your order, license key or site access.
