Know Exactly Why Your Site Isn’t Ranking

Most SEO audits hand you a 60-page PDF and a shrug. Mine hands you the three fixes that actually move rankings, in priority order. I’ve audited sites for 800+ businesses and the leaks are almost never where people think they are.

Why most sites leak rankings

🕷️

Crawl errors

Google can’t crawl what it can’t reach. Orphan pages, blocked resources, and broken redirects quietly bury your best content.

📄

Thin content

Pages that say nothing rank for nothing. Thin, duplicated, or templated content drags down the whole domain.

🔗

Important pages buried five clicks deep, no internal links, and a sitemap that fights your structure instead of supporting it.

📱

Mobile issues

Google indexes mobile first. A layout that breaks on a phone is a ranking problem, not just a design one.

🐢

Speed problems

Slow Core Web Vitals cost you rankings and conversions at the same time.

📊

No measurement

No Search Console, no clean analytics, no idea which pages are winning. You can’t fix what you never measured.

What’s in the audit

A prioritized action plan, not a data dump. Every finding comes with the fix and why it matters.

  • Full crawl with indexation and coverage analysis
  • Technical SEO review: speed, schema, redirects, canonicals
  • On-page audit of titles, headings, and content depth
  • Site architecture and internal linking map
  • Backlink profile and toxic-link check
  • Tracking audit of Search Console, GA4, and events
  • Competitor gap analysis for your top keywords
  • A prioritized 90-day fix roadmap you can hand to any dev

SEO audit questions, answered

What is included in an SEO audit?

An SEO audit reviews your site across technical health, on-page content, and off-page authority. It checks crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, site structure, keyword and entity coverage, internal links, and your backlink profile, then flags what’s holding rankings back. You get a prioritized fix list, not just a list of problems.

How long does an SEO audit take?

A standard audit takes about 5 to 7 business days, depending on site size. A small brochure site is faster; a large WooCommerce store or a site with thousands of URLs takes longer because crawl analysis and log review run deeper. You get the report plus a walkthrough call to explain the findings.

What tools do you use for the audit?

I combine Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights with Screaming Frog for crawling, plus Ahrefs or Semrush for backlinks and keywords. Tools surface the data; the value is in reading it against your goals and competitors, which is the part software can’t do for you.

How is an SEO audit different from a technical SEO audit?

A technical SEO audit is one slice, focused on crawling, indexing, speed, and structured data. A full SEO audit covers that plus content, keywords, on-page, and backlinks. If you already know the problem is technical, a focused technical audit is cheaper; if rankings are stuck and you’re not sure why, start with the full audit.

What deliverables do I get?

You get a written report with every issue scored by impact and effort, a prioritized 90-day action plan, and a live walkthrough call. Everything is in plain language with exact next steps, so your team or I can act on it immediately instead of guessing what matters.

How much does an SEO audit cost?

It depends on site size and depth, since a 50-page site and a 50,000-URL store are very different jobs. Scope is set upfront with a fixed quote after a quick look at your site, so there are no surprises. Share your URL and I’ll give you a number and a timeline.
