Choose Your Checkout Design

See all 5 layouts before you choose. Preview with sample content or your own cart, then make the design match your store.

These are actual sample previews from Checkout Builder. Open any screenshot at full size to inspect the layout. Colors, logo and spacing can be adjusted.

Preview Before You Activate

Compare desktop and mobile previews, or use Preview with my cart to see your own products. The sample preview cannot place an order. Your checkout changes only when you select Use this design.

Sample previews let you compare layouts before activation.

Make It Match Your Store

Keep a compact store header or use your theme’s header and footer. Classic themes work too; no Site Editor is required.

Checkout appearance settings for colors, logo, width and page header
Appearance controls change the selected design without editing the checkout page.
  • Accent color: set the color used for primary actions.
  • Page background: choose the checkout canvas color.
  • Summary background: give the order review its own color.
  • Content width: adjust the layout from 720 to 1,400 pixels.
  • Corner radius: choose square corners or rounding up to 24 pixels.
  • Store identity: choose a logo or use the store name.
  • Page header: switch between a compact header and the theme’s header and footer.

Warm Split applies its matching palette when selected. Save appearance changes afterward to customize it. Use FluentCart default to return to your original checkout.

Your Products, Fields and Payment Methods

FluentCart still handles checkout processing, shipping, taxes and payments. Add the optional fields and delivery tools your store needs.

Local Currency, Automatically

Prices You Can Set Deliberately

From a Customer Request

Present agreed items, tax, shipping and the final amount in a customer invoice.
  1. 1

    Collect the Request

Add the quote block or shortcode. Search for a product or leave the form universal.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Proposal

Add catalog products or custom work, agreed prices, item images and private notes.

  3. 3

    Get Acceptance

Send the offer with a valid-through date. Acceptance creates the payable invoice.

  4. 4

    Collect and Manage

Share a payment link, send a reminder and manage the native FluentCart order.

Create standalone invoices too. Issuing and emailing are separate actions, and paid invoices keep their preview link.

Every Module.
Your Choice to Enable.

Find the feature for the job. Configure it, keep its settings and leave the rest switched off.

All 19 modules are included. Use the setup guides to configure the tools that fit your store.

19 of 19 modules

FluentCart remains the commerce engine. GT Extensions adds focused workflows around its products, carts, orders and payment methods.

Explore Every Feature

Each module solves a different store problem. Read what it changes, where it applies and the limits to check before enabling it.

Pricing and Access

Choose what each customer sees and pays. These modules affect displayed prices, eligible currencies and access to a purchase.

Multi-Currency Checkout

Sell in enabled local currencies while keeping the cart, payment method and order in one currency.

  • Set an exact price for each product option and currency, or convert the base price using manual or reference rates, markup and rounding.
  • Automatic selection checks billing country, then shipping country, then available Cloudflare location. A customer's manual choice takes priority.
  • Assign eligible gateways by currency and choose their order. The selected gateway is checked again when the customer submits checkout.
  • If a currency has no usable fixed or converted price, choose whether to fall back or prevent that purchase. Verify each gateway account supports the currency you offer.

A fixed INR 799 price can replace a converted INR 800 amount for one variation without changing its USD price.

Manual exchange rates, markup and price rounding controls
A fixed product price takes priority over exchange-rate conversion.
Payment gateway choices and preferred gateway for each currency
Choose an active gateway for each currency you offer.

Read the Multi-Currency Checkout setup guide

Free Price Text

Give a genuinely zero-priced product a clearer price label.

  • Choose wording such as FREE or Complimentary in the module settings or FluentCart Store Setup.
  • The replacement applies to supported server-rendered and dynamic price displays when the amount is exactly zero.
  • The product price and cart total remain numeric. The label does not grant access to a download or alter checkout delivery.

Read the Free Price Text setup guide

Hide Price Until Login

Show prices only to the customers or WordPress roles you select.

  • Replace a restricted price with a sign-in message, optionally link it to login and hide purchase controls.
  • Use Show for Roles and Hide for Roles to set access. With both lists empty, signed-in users can see prices and guests cannot.
  • Restricted cart additions are validated on the server. Keep pages with personalized prices out of public page caches.
  • This controls visibility and purchase access; it does not create wholesale price tiers or approve accounts.

Read the Hide Price Until Login setup guide

Product Pages and Cart Rules

Explain the offer on a product page, set meaningful purchase boundaries and keep the buying action accurate.

Sold Count Display

Show the quantity sold from eligible FluentCart orders.

  • Choose the text, a minimum count and whether the badge appears on catalog cards, product pages or both.
  • The count adds product quantities from processing and completed order items. Four units in one order count as four, not one customer.
  • Use FluentCart reports for financial reconciliation; the badge is not a net-sales statement after every adjustment.

Read the Sold Count Display setup guide

Stock Urgency Labels

Give shoppers a useful message when tracked inventory is running low.

  • Set low and very-low thresholds, use {count} in the message and choose catalog or product-page placement.
  • The remaining amount comes from FluentCart stock tracking, including the selected product option where applicable.
  • A label does not reserve stock. Products without stock management should not make a remaining-quantity claim.

Read the Stock Urgency Labels setup guide

Min/Max Quantity

Set the smallest and largest cart quantity a buyer can request.

  • Configure store defaults, product or variation overrides, customer-facing limit text and cart-update enforcement.
  • Stock availability can be stricter than your maximum. Check add-to-cart and cart-update behavior around each boundary.
  • The input step changes the frontend increment; strict pack-multiple rules need their own server validation.
  • A per-cart maximum does not stop the same customer from placing another order later.

A 10-unit minimum works for a bulk notebook pack, while a 50-unit maximum can stop a single oversized cart.

Read the Min/Max Quantity setup guide

Custom Add to Cart Text

Name the next action in language that fits the product.

  • Set default, free, subscription, preorder, out-of-stock and external-button wording, with product or variation overrides where supported.
  • Supported Add to Cart and Buy Now contexts can use different labels. Inspect both after selecting a product option.
  • A label changes the button text only. Book Now does not add an appointment calendar, and Pre-Order does not manage a release date.

Read the Custom Add to Cart Text setup guide

External Product

Keep an item in the FluentCart catalog while sending its purchase action to another site.

  • Set a destination and button text for each product, with options for link target, nofollow, sponsored and local price visibility.
  • Supported catalog cards, product pages and purchase blocks lead to the outside destination; guarded local cart paths reject the external item.
  • The destination site handles payment, fulfillment and returns. Check its live link before publishing a listing.

Use this for a marketplace or affiliate listing. Use Service Products when the customer should pay your own store for work you fulfill.

Read the External Product setup guide

Checkout and Fulfillment

Shape the checkout, collect the right details and manage what happens after payment.

Checkout Builder

Choose a ready-made layout without rebuilding your existing FluentCart checkout page.

  • Preview Classic, Split, Warm Split, Focused and Review First on desktop or mobile, including a manager preview with your own cart.
  • Select Use this design to activate a layout. Simply enabling the module or opening a sample preview leaves checkout unchanged.
  • Adjust colors, content width, corners, store logo and header. Classic themes work, and Use FluentCart default restores the original presentation.
  • FluentCart still supplies the real order summary, customer fields, payments, shipping, taxes and validation.

Read the Checkout Builder setup guide

Product Add-ons & Checkout Fields

Ask for order details or offer optional paid extras at checkout.

  • Create text, dropdown or checkbox fields; target all carts, physical carts, digital carts or one product.
  • Mark an applicable field required, taxable or conditional on an earlier answer. Hidden answers and their fees do not apply.
  • A selected paid field adds one order-level fee, rather than multiplying it by item quantity. The editor supports up to 30 fields.
  • Paid extras are not offered on subscription or locked invoice checkouts. Review the final fee and tax before using them live.

Gift wrapping can add a fee and reveal a required gift message only when the buyer selects wrapping.

A paid checkbox adds a fee only when the customer selects it.

Delivery & Pickup Scheduling

Let physical-order customers choose an available delivery or pickup window.

  • Give each slot a store-time-zone start and end, order capacity, booking cutoff and optional shipping-method restriction.
  • Close dates when your team cannot deliver. Require a slot only after upcoming valid windows are available.
  • A checkout choice holds capacity for 15 minutes; payment confirms it, and an expired hold releases it.
  • FluentCart shipping methods still determine delivery charges. Digital-only, subscription and locked invoice carts do not reserve these slots.

Read the Delivery & Pickup Scheduling setup guide

Service Products

Sell work that your team completes after the customer pays.

  • Choose Service Product in FluentCart's native product creator, then add after-payment instructions in Service settings.
  • Services do not need shipping or stock tracking by default. A paid service order remains Processing until your team fulfills it.
  • Instructions appear on the receipt while the native order remains the place to manage fulfillment.
  • This does not add staff calendars or appointment availability; use a separate scheduling process for timed bookings.

A website audit can be sold as a service with a receipt that explains how the customer submits the site URL and brief.

Read the Service Products setup guide

Page Access

Open chosen pages to the customers who buy a product.

  • Choose Page access from a product's FluentCart menu and check the pages it unlocks, or pick the products from the page editor.
  • A published page shows its title and an access notice with sign-in and product links. A private page stays hidden from everyone except buyers and your team.
  • One-time purchases keep access until the item is fully refunded. Subscriptions keep access while active, including the rest of a paid period after cancellation.
  • Buyers find their pages, and any links you add for templates hosted elsewhere, under My pages in their account.
  • Links on other sites cannot be paywalled. The store decides who is shown a link, and anyone who has the address can open it there.

A Notion template library can live on a private page that only its buyers can open, with the template links waiting under My pages.

Read the Page Access setup guide

Checkout Cache Buster

Keep supported guest cart requests and cart-drawer checkout links fresh.

  • Eligible native requests gain a fresh cache parameter while retaining the cart information FluentCart needs.
  • There are no merchant options beyond the module switch. The behavior applies to supported store and embedded product controls.
  • Continue excluding cart, checkout and customer account pages from full-page and CDN caches; a fresh URL cannot replace those rules.

Read the Checkout Cache Buster setup guide

Invoices and Quotes

Turn an agreed amount into a payable FluentCart order without forcing every custom job into a public product.

Custom Invoices

Create a one-time bill with agreed line items and a route to payment.

  • Combine catalog items with custom work, set quantity and unit price, and include relevant discounts, tax and shipping.
  • Keep the invoice in draft while details change. Issuing locks the bill and creates a native FluentCart order.
  • Emailing the secure payment link is a separate action. You can share the link, send a reminder and keep a preview of a paid invoice.
  • This is for one-time invoices; it does not create recurring invoice schedules or collect an online partial balance.
Invoice details with currency, due date and linked quote request
Link an eligible quote request before issuing the invoice.

Read the Custom Invoices setup guide

Request a Quote

Collect a customer request, send an offer and make acceptance lead to payment.

  • Add a product-specific or universal request form with the block or [gtfc_request_quote] shortcode.
  • Prepare a proposal with catalog or custom items, the agreed price and a valid-through date.
  • Customer acceptance creates the payable invoice; FluentCart then handles its payment and order.
  • Custom Invoices is a required companion module and is enabled automatically when quotes are enabled.

A made-to-order product can start with a request, move to an agreed proposal and reach checkout only after acceptance.

Read the Request a Quote setup guide

Customer Return Tools

Help people find the right item again, repeat a purchase or hear when the exact option they wanted returns.

Wishlist

Save the selected product option for a later visit.

  • A heart action below supported product purchase controls stores the chosen variation, not only the parent product.
  • Guest lists stay in that browser and merge into the customer account after sign-in; signed-in lists can follow the account across devices.
  • Moving an item to cart checks its current price and availability. Saving it reserves neither stock nor an old price.
  • Add the supplied Wishlist pattern or [gtfc_wishlist] shortcode to a page customers can find.

Read the Wishlist setup guide

Saved Carts & Order Again

Give signed-in customers reusable shopping lists and a way to rebuild eligible past purchases.

  • Customers can name and save up to 10 carts in the account area or on a page with [gtfc_saved_carts].
  • Order Again starts a new cart from eligible paid order items rather than editing the old order.
  • Restored items use today's catalog price and availability. Old coupons, custom answers and delivery slots do not carry over.
  • Unavailable, subscription and external items are skipped where unsupported and explained to the customer.

A repeat office-supply buyer can restore a notebook and pen list, then confirm current prices before paying.

Read the Saved Carts & Order Again setup guide

Back-in-Stock Alerts

Let a shopper request an email for one sold-out product option.

  • The shopper enters an address, accepts the consent statement and confirms the request before becoming a subscriber.
  • An availability notice can go out when that exact variation becomes purchasable. The email includes an unsubscribe route.
  • The store needs working scheduled tasks and email delivery. Subscriptions and checks are managed under FluentCart → Stock alerts.
  • The message is a notification, not a stock reservation or a promise that an item will still be available when opened.

A Few Good Questions.

Clear boundaries before you add something to your store.

Does it work with FluentCart Free?

Yes. GT Extensions works alongside FluentCart Free or Pro. FluentCart itself is installed separately; a feature that depends on a Pro capability still needs that capability in FluentCart.

Will it change my checkout automatically?

No. Checkout Builder is optional, and enabling it does not select a design. Your current checkout stays in place until you choose a ready-made layout. You can switch back to FluentCart default.

Do the checkout designs need a block theme?

No. The ready-made designs work with classic themes and with the block editor enabled or disabled. You do not need Full Site Editing to select one.

Which features are included?

All 19 modules are included: pricing and storefront controls, invoices, quotes, checkout designs, add-ons, delivery slots, wishlists, saved carts, stock alerts, service products, buyer-only pages and the cache buster. Each module is optional, so you can enable only the features your store needs.

Does changing currency only change the symbol?

No. It selects a fixed local price or converts the numeric amount, then uses the payment routes permitted for that currency. A complete cart and order use one currency. Your gateway account must support the transaction, so check each route in its test mode.

Does it include recurring invoices or an appointment calendar?

Custom Invoices handles one-time bills. Service Products adds non-shipping fulfillment and receipt instructions; it does not create an appointment calendar. Delivery slots are for eligible physical-order delivery or pickup. For service appointment scheduling, see Core Bookings.

What happens when an annual license expires?

Your update and support entitlement ends unless you renew. The plugin does not disable the module code solely because the license expired. A lifetime license has no recurring license payment.

What if it does not suit my store?

There is a 14-day unconditional refund period. Use Product Support for help or a refund request. Test new workflows on a staging copy before introducing them to a working checkout.
