How this runs

You will know the price and the plan before I touch anything.

1

Baseline

I audit the site and read your Search Console history before touching anything. The gap between what you rank for and what pays you sets the whole plan.

You leave with: a scored list of what is costing you traffic.

2

Map

Every target keyword gets assigned to a page, new or existing. No two pages chase the same query, so nothing cannibalizes.

You leave with: a keyword-to-page map in priority order.

3

Execute

Fixes, rewrites, content, and links ship every month in the order the map says. You see each item as it goes live, not in a quarterly summary.

You leave with: a monthly changelog of shipped work.

4

Report

The monthly report compares clicks, leads, and rankings against the baseline from month one. Same yardstick every time, so trends are real.

You leave with: numbers you can read in five minutes.

A note from me

How I run a monthly SEO program

I start from your Search Console data, not a tool export, because the queries you already earn impressions for are the cheapest wins on the table.

I don’t pad retainers. If a month’s priority list is short, I say so and roll the hours into the next sprint instead of inventing busywork to justify the invoice.

And I do the work myself. The strategy, the fixes, the writing briefs, the outreach. Nothing gets relayed through a junior you never meet.

Before you write in

This isn’t for every site.

Worth starting

  • Organic traffic would clearly pay: you sell something people search for.
  • You can act on recommendations, or want me to implement them directly.
  • You’ve been burned by an agency and want the practitioner, not a brand.
  • You’ll give the program at least four months before judging it.
  • You want strategy and execution from one accountable person.

Look elsewhere

  • Your budget is under ₹25,000 a month. Start with a one-off audit instead.
  • You need first-page rankings inside 30 days. Nobody honest sells that.
  • You want a 20-person content farm pushing volume. I’m one senior person; that’s the point and the limit.
  • Your business model depends on tactics Google penalizes. I won’t touch those.
  • You only need one deliverable, like a keyword map. Buy that page’s service instead.

If you want to:

  • Rank for keywords that lead to actual sales
  • Cut your ad dependence with traffic that compounds
  • Own the work with everything documented in your accounts

Common questions

Not answered here? Ask directly and you will hear back within 24 hours.

Foundation is ₹25,000 per month, Growth is ₹50,000 per month, and Dominate is ₹1,00,000 per month. Every price includes GST, runs month to month, and nothing renews you into a long contract.

If rankings are broken, start with Foundation and fix the base. If you need content and links to actually gain ground, Growth. Dominate is for teams where organic is a primary channel and speed matters. I’ll tell you on the first call if you’re about to overbuy.

Technical and on-page fixes can move numbers in weeks. Competitive rankings and link-driven gains build over 3 to 6 months. I report against the month-one baseline every month, so you see the trend long before the headline win.

With an agency you buy a process and get a junior. With me you get the person with 850+ clients behind him doing the work directly. Decisions happen in one conversation, and the fee pays for work, not office overhead.

You keep everything: the keyword map, the content, the reports, and full access to your own Search Console and analytics. It all lives in your accounts from day one, so leaving is a one-line email, not a hostage negotiation.

About me

So, who’s running your SEO?

500M+ search impressions earned on my own properties, not borrowed case studies.

SEO clients hire me because every tactic I recommend has already run on my own sites.

I was a teacher before I was a developer. I taught mathematics to competitive-exam students, which is why I explain hard things plainly instead of hiding behind jargon.

What I am actually good at is the join: technical SEO, fast front-ends, and content treated as one system instead of three vendors blaming each other.

  • 500M+ lifetime search impressions
  • 2,000+ articles published under my own byline
  • $38M+ client revenue influenced
  • AI search tracking on live sites
  • 850+ clients since 2008
  • Building for the web since 2008
