WooCommerce stores that stay fast at checkout

I build and rescue WooCommerce stores where cart, checkout, and account pages stay quick even though caching can't help them. Every build ships tested on real phones with real payments, before your customers ever see it.

What it costs

One project price. The checkout gets the budget.

New builds and rebuilds are both scoped first, then quoted fixed. The engineering hours go to checkout, speed, and payments, not decorative homepage sections.

WooCommerce store build
From ₹90,000per project · scoped and quoted upfront
  • Theme tuned for WooCommerce speed, not a 40-plugin stack
  • Streamlined checkout tested on real phones with real cards
  • Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal configured with webhooks verified
  • Product migration with variations, bundles, and categories intact
  • Redis object caching for the pages page caching can't touch
  • Abandoned-cart emails and order analytics wired in
Build my WooCommerce store

Store rescues and speed-only engagements are scoped separately if you don't need a full build.

All prices include GST.

How this runs

You'll know the price and the plan before I touch anything.

Audit

I document your products, checkout flow, hosting, and plugin stack before touching anything. On rescues, this is where the revenue leaks show up.

You leave with: a written findings list and a fixed quote.

Architect

Payment flow, shipping zones, tax rules, and email sequences get mapped on paper first. Changing a diagram is cheap; changing a live checkout is not.

You leave with: a store blueprint you've approved.

Build

Theme, checkout, gateways, and migrations get built on staging. Custom code replaces plugins wherever a plugin would add bloat or conflict risk.

You leave with: a staging store you can place test orders on.

Verify

Real transactions across cards, UPI, and wallets, on real devices, before DNS cutover. After launch I re-check the same flows on the live domain.

You leave with: a live store and a test-transaction log.

A note from me

How I handle WooCommerce

The first thing I check is the dynamic side: cart, checkout, and account pages. Page caching never touches them, so they lean on PHP and the database, and that's where most "WooCommerce is slow" complaints actually live.

I keep the extension stack lean on purpose. Every plugin is one more thing that can conflict on update day, so if twenty lines of custom code can replace a plugin, the code wins. What I ship is built through WooCommerce's own hooks, so it survives updates.

And I don't call a store done until I've paid through its checkout myself on a phone. Most abandoned carts in India are a mobile checkout problem wearing a marketing costume.

Before you write in

This isn't for every site.

Worth starting

  • You run, or want to run, a store on WordPress and keep full ownership.
  • Your current store is slow, fragile, or over-plugin'd and you want it rescued.
  • You have a real catalog with variations, shipping zones, or B2B pricing to handle.
  • You want custom features built through hooks, not another plugin stacked on.
  • You're migrating from Shopify or a marketplace and want your data intact.

Look elsewhere

  • Your budget is under ₹60,000. A payment gateway setup or speed audit serves you better first.
  • You sell only digital products with a tiny catalog. FluentCart is the leaner fit; I'll say so.
  • You want guaranteed sales numbers. A build converts traffic; it can't promise revenue.
  • You need product photos and descriptions written. That's content work, scoped separately.
  • You want someone to run ads and marketing monthly. This is a build, not a retainer.

If you want to:

  • Fix a slow store without rebuilding everything from zero
  • Cut cart abandonment with a checkout that works on phones
  • Scale the catalog past 1,000 products without falling over

Common questions

Not answered here? Ask directly and you'll hear back within 24 hours.

What does WooCommerce development cost?

Projects start at ₹90,000, GST included. The exact number depends on catalog size, migrations, and custom features, and you get it in writing after the audit, before any build work starts.

Why is my current WooCommerce store slow?

Usually because cart, checkout, and account pages skip page caching and lean on PHP and the database. No object caching, too many heavy extensions, and cheap hosting do the rest. Those are exactly the things this service fixes.

Can you fix my existing store instead of rebuilding it?

Often, yes. The audit tells us honestly whether a rescue or a rebuild is cheaper over twelve months. If a rescue gets you 90% of the result at half the price, that's what I'll recommend, even though the rebuild pays me more.

Is WooCommerce even the right choice for a large catalog?

Yes, with proper hosting, caching, and database configuration it handles large catalogs and high traffic fine. The horror stories come from default setups on shared hosting. If your case genuinely fits Shopify or FluentCart better, I'll tell you before you spend.

Will my store break when WooCommerce updates?

Custom work I ship goes through WooCommerce's hooks and templates, which is what survives updates. The lean extension stack cuts conflict risk further. Nothing makes updates risk-free, which is why staging exists, but this setup fails far less than a 40-plugin stack.

About me

So, who's building your store?

I sell my own products through the same stack I'll build for you.

Store owners hire me because I break my own checkout before a customer can.

I was a teacher before I was a developer. I taught mathematics to competitive-exam students, which is why I explain hard things plainly instead of hiding behind jargon.

What I'm actually good at is the join: technical SEO, fast front-ends, and content treated as one system instead of three vendors blaming each other.

  • Runs his own FluentCart storefront
  • Author of GT Extensions for FluentCart
  • $8M+ partner revenue generated
  • Indian gateways: Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree
  • 2,000+ projects shipped
  • 850+ clients since 2008
