Consultation & Training

WordPress consultation built on your codebase

Your team doesn’t need another generic course. I review your actual site, answer your actual questions, and train against your actual code, then leave you the recordings and the playbook so the lessons stay after I hang up.

How this runs

You will know the price and the plan before I touch anything.

1

Scope

Before the clock starts, you send the question, the site, or the proposal. I come prepared, so the paid hour goes on answers, not introductions.

You leave with: an agenda tied to your actual decision.

2

Review

I dig into the themes, plugins, queries, or quote in question and flag what’s costing you speed, security, or money. Findings come ranked by impact, not by how impressive they sound.

You leave with: a ranked list of what actually matters.

3

Session

We meet live, screen-sharing on your real site or codebase. Training is hands-on and specific to how your team works, and every session gets recorded.

You leave with: a recording and written notes.

4

Hand over

You get the standards, checklists, and next steps in writing, sized so your team can run them without me in the room. The goal is independence, not a subscription to my calendar.

You leave with: a playbook your team runs alone.

A note from me

How I consult

I was a teacher before I was a developer, and it shows. I explain hard things plainly, on your actual code, because advice you can’t act on is just entertainment. Every session ends with decisions made, not homework assigned.

I’ll tell you things you don’t want to hear. That the quote is padded, that the rebuild is unnecessary, that the plugin you love is the problem. As a WordPress Core contributor, I’ve seen how these decisions play out at every scale, and honest beats comfortable.

What I refuse to do is create dependence. If you still need me for the same question in six months, I did the first session wrong.

Before you write in

This isn’t for every site.

Worth starting

  • You’re facing a WordPress decision where a wrong call costs lakhs.
  • Your in-house team keeps hitting the same walls: speed, security, structure.
  • You have an agency quote or proposal and no way to judge if it’s sound.
  • You’d rather own your site’s decisions than depend on a vendor for every change.
  • Your developers are solid generally but new to WordPress’s way of doing things.

Look elsewhere

  • Your budget is under ₹4,000. The WordPress docs and honest YouTube channels will take you surprisingly far.
  • You want me to just do the fixes on the call. Implementation is a separate, scoped project.
  • You want a certificate course with a syllabus. This is working consultation, not curriculum.
  • You’ve already decided and want a rubber stamp. If the plan is bad, I’ll say so.
  • You need ongoing daily support. That’s a maintenance retainer, not consulting hours.

If you want to:

  • Decide with confidence on stack, hosting, and build-versus-buy calls
  • Level up your team with training built on your own site
  • Vet before signing that agency quote or developer proposal

Common questions

Not answered here? Ask directly and you will hear back within 24 hours.

Sessions are ₹4,000 per hour, including GST, whether it’s a decision call, a code review, or live training. Full-day team workshops run ₹25,000. You book what you need; nothing renews or auto-extends.

A course teaches a generic site. An hour on your actual codebase catches the specific mistake about to cost you months. One vetted quote or one avoided rebuild typically pays for every session you’ll ever book with me.

Yes, and it’s the highest-value hour I sell. I’ll review the proposal, the existing site, or the developer’s approach and tell you plainly whether it’s sound, where the risks are, and what a fair price looks like.

Live over a call, screen-sharing on your real site, so everything is practical and specific. Sessions are recorded and paired with written notes, so the lessons survive team changes and don’t walk out the door.

Business owners facing a costly WordPress decision, in-house teams who keep hitting the same walls, and small agencies who want senior review without a senior hire. If you’d rather own your decisions than outsource them blind, this fits.

About me

So, who’s writing your code?

A WordPress Core contributor with plugins running on more than 10,000 sites.

Development clients get the person who ships his own plugins, not a project manager.

I was a teacher before I was a developer. I taught mathematics to competitive-exam students, which is why I explain hard things plainly instead of hiding behind jargon.

What I am actually good at is the join: technical SEO, fast front-ends, and content treated as one system instead of three vendors blaming each other.

  • WordPress Core contributor
  • Plugins on 10,000+ sites
  • wp-mcp, listed on the LobeHub marketplace
  • 850+ clients since 2008
  • $38M+ client revenue influenced
  • Building for the web since 2008

Bring the decision you’re stuck on.
