Web development that ranks, converts, and lasts

I design and build custom, SEO-first websites for Indian businesses, from lean company sites to full web applications. Fixed scope, fixed price, and you talk directly to the developer writing the code.

Work delivered for, or alongside, teams at:

What it costs

Three builds. Three prices. Pick by outcome.

Every tier is a complete, working website with speed, SEO structure, and tracking included. The difference is how much custom capability sits on top.

How this runs

You'll know the price and the plan before I touch anything.

Scope

I audit what you have, study what your competitors rank for, and turn your goals into a written scope. Price and timeline are fixed before anything gets built.

You leave with: a fixed scope, price, and timeline.

Build

Design and development happen together, by the same person. You review a live staging link, not screenshots, so feedback lands while changing things is still cheap.

You leave with: a staging site you can click through.

Harden

Before launch I tune speed against Core Web Vitals, verify the SEO structure, and test on real phones, not just a resized browser window.

You leave with: performance numbers measured before launch.

Launch

I handle migration, redirects, analytics, and search submission, then walk your team through editing the site. Nothing goes live half-wired.

You leave with: a documented site your team can run.

A note from me

How I build a website

The first thing I check isn't the design brief. It's what people actually search for in your market, because a site built around real demand earns its keep and a pretty site built around guesses doesn't.

I don't ship page-builder sites for serious projects. Bloated builders cost you speed, rankings, and every future change. I write the code myself, to the same standards I follow when contributing to WordPress core.

And I stay reachable. You get the person who built your site, not a support queue that's never heard of you.

Before you write in

This isn't for every site.

Worth starting

  • Your business earns real revenue and the website should be pulling its weight.
  • You've outgrown a template, a builder, or a site a relative made in 2019.
  • You want one accountable person, not an agency relay of account managers.
  • You need custom features an off-the-shelf theme can't deliver.
  • You care about speed and search traffic, not just how the homepage looks.

Look elsewhere

  • Your budget is under ₹75,000. A single landing page or a clean theme setup serves you better.
  • You need a logo and full brand identity first. I build sites, not brand books.
  • You want the site live next week. Good builds take weeks, not days.
  • You want guaranteed first-page rankings by a fixed date. Nobody honest promises that.
  • You plan to keep editing the site with a page builder. My builds replace builders, they don't decorate them.

If you want to:

  • Rank on Google with architecture built for search from day one
  • Convert more visitors through pages designed to sell, not just sit there
  • Own your site with clean code and no builder lock-in

Common questions

Not answered here? Ask directly and you'll hear back within 24 hours.

What does web development cost?

Starter sites are ₹75,000, conversion-focused Growth builds are ₹1,50,000, and web apps, portals, and commerce start at ₹3,00,000. Every price includes GST, and your quote is fixed before work starts.

Why not hire a cheaper freelancer?

You can, and sometimes you should. The gap shows up later: sites that break on updates, can't rank, and can't be extended. I've rebuilt enough ₹25,000 sites to know the second build always costs more than doing it right once.

What platform do you build on?

Mostly WordPress, where I go deepest, plus modern JavaScript stacks when a project genuinely needs a web app or a headless frontend. I recommend the platform that fits your project, not the one I feel like using.

How long does a build take?

A Starter site typically ships in 3 to 4 weeks. Growth builds run 5 to 8 weeks depending on features and content. Custom projects get a milestone schedule in the proposal, so you know the dates before you commit.

Who owns the site after launch?

You do, completely. Code, content, hosting, analytics, every account sits in your name. If we part ways tomorrow, you lose nothing, and any competent developer can pick up where I left off.

About me

So, who's Gaurav?

I've been building on the web for 18 years, and I still write the code myself.

I was a teacher before I was a developer. I taught mathematics to competitive-exam students, which is why I explain hard things plainly instead of hiding behind jargon.

What I'm actually good at is the join: technical SEO, fast front-ends, and content treated as one system instead of three vendors blaming each other.

  • 18 years building for the web

  • 2,000+ projects delivered
