Nexcess Black Friday 2026: What’s Live and What Changed

Is Nexcess running its Black Friday deal again, and can you still get the old 75% off? Those are the questions behind most Nexcess Black Friday searches, and for managed WordPress the answer is no, at least not yet.

A lot changed in a year. nexcess.net now redirects to Liquid Web, the old Spark and Maker plans are gone, and managed WordPress now starts at $19 a month. No Black Friday discount for it has been announced.

My advice is not to wait for a Nexcess sale if you need managed WordPress now. Last year’s Black Friday didn’t include one either. The real discounts went to Liquid Web’s VPS and dedicated servers.

Black Friday 2026 falls on November 27 and Cyber Monday on November 30. If Nexcess announces a managed WordPress offer before then, it will most likely appear on Liquid Web’s sale page.

Nexcess Black Friday Deals: What’s Live Now

Nexcess Black Friday poster for managed WordPress hosting

This is where each Nexcess product stands right now:

  • Managed WordPress and WooCommerce: no Black Friday discount. The only saving is 10% off for paying annually.
  • Managed VPS and dedicated servers: Liquid Web’s Black Friday page lists 50% off for the first 2 months.
  • StoreBuilder: discontinued. Its old page now redirects to managed WooCommerce.

Parts of Liquid Web’s sale page still show last year’s dates, so I’d confirm the term at checkout. My Liquid Web Black Friday deals page covers the server offers in detail.

What Happened to Nexcess?

Nexcess and Liquid Web have swapped places more than once. Here’s the short version:

  • 2019: Nexcess joined the Liquid Web family.
  • February 2024: the two announced they would merge into one brand.
  • October 2025: nexcess.net started redirecting to Liquid Web, and Nexcess’s own storefront closed.
  • April 21, 2026: Nexcess became the parent brand, over Nexcess Platform, Servers.com by Nexcess and Liquid Web by Nexcess.
  • September 2026: the Spark and Maker plans were replaced by two tiers, Pro and Elite.

Today, nexcess.com and liquidweb.com sell the same managed WordPress and WooCommerce plans at the same prices. They’re one product with two storefronts.

Nexcess Managed WordPress Prices Now

These are the current single-site prices. WooCommerce plans cost the same as WordPress plans.

PlanMonthlyPaid annuallyVisits a monthStorageBackups kept
Pro$19$17.10/mo50,00020 GB14 days
Elite$29$26.10/mo50,00040 GB30 days

Pricing is based on visits, so these extras matter:

  • Extra visits: $10 a month for another 100,000, or $0.50 per 1,000 visits over your limit.
  • Extra sites: $9 a month on Pro and $12 on Elite.
  • Multi-site plans: from $89 a month for 10 sites on Pro and $119 on Elite.
  • WooCommerce: a Performance Boost add-on for more PHP workers costs $20 a month.

Nexcess Black Friday: Last Year vs This Year

The deep Nexcess discount many people remember is from 2024:

YearBlack Friday offerManaged WordPress price
2024 (Nexcess)75% off the first 3 months on monthly WordPress, WooCommerce and Magento plansSpark at $5.25/mo for 3 months, then $21/mo
2025 (Liquid Web)50% off the first 3 months on VPS, dedicated and cloud serversNo Black Friday cut, only the normal 3-year discount
202650% off 2 months on VPS and dedicated, as listed nowNo discount announced

So the 75% deal isn’t likely to return in its old form. The Spark plans it applied to no longer exist.

Is Nexcess Worth $19 a Month Without a Sale?

For a business site or a small store that needs hands-off hosting, I think it is. Every plan includes these:

  • Speed: Object Cache Pro and an edge CDN.
  • Safety: malware protection, a firewall and Kadence Security Pro.
  • Workflow: a staging site, visual comparison checks after updates and email hosting.
  • Moving in: a human-assisted migration.

Two things make me cautious, though. Visit-based pricing can surprise you after a traffic spike. And the 30-day money-back line has disappeared from the plan pages, while Liquid Web’s terms say fees are non-refundable.

For a blog or a side project, I’d spend less. Hosting.com’s shared plans start at $1.49 a month this Black Friday, and my Black Friday web hosting deals page lists more options.

Nexcess Black Friday FAQs

Does Nexcess have a Black Friday deal in 2026?

Not for managed WordPress or WooCommerce yet. Liquid Web, which sells the same plans, lists 50% off 2 months on VPS and dedicated servers.

Is Nexcess the same as Liquid Web?

They’re now one company. Since April 2026, Nexcess is the parent brand, and nexcess.com and liquidweb.com sell the same managed WordPress plans.

What happened to the Nexcess Spark plan?

It was retired in 2026. Managed WordPress is now sold as Pro and Elite, starting at $19 a month for 1 site.

Will the 75% off Nexcess deal come back?

Probably not in its old form. That 2024 deal applied to Spark and other plans that no longer exist.

Does Nexcess have a money-back guarantee?

The current plan pages don’t list one, and Liquid Web’s terms say fees are non-refundable. I’d confirm before buying.

Is there a Nexcess coupon code for Black Friday?

None is live for managed WordPress. Liquid Web’s server discounts apply automatically at checkout.

My Take

If you need managed WordPress now, I’d buy Nexcess Pro on annual billing for the 10% off and skip waiting for Black Friday. If you need a server instead, Liquid Web’s 50% off is the deal worth taking.

For any other Nexcess discounts during the year, my Nexcess coupon code page tracks them.
