It runs until December 7, with web and WordPress hosting from $1.25 a month. That price needs a 36-month term paid upfront, though, and the shared plans renew at $8.99 to $27.99 a month on a new 3-year term.
My advice is to lock in 3 years only if you’re sure about HostPapa, since you pay for the whole term at once. For one small site, Essentials is enough. For several sites, Growth gave the best value for money last year.
The sale started in early November and ends on December 7 at 11:59 pm EST, a week after Cyber Monday on November 30.

HostPapa advertises shared and WordPress hosting from $1.25 a month this year, but it doesn’t say which plan that price applies to. So this table shows each plan’s price before the sale, last year’s Black Friday price and the renewal price. I’d check each plan’s price at checkout.

- SSL: a standard certificate on every plan, and a wildcard certificate on Elite.
- A free domain for the first year, on terms of 2 years or more.

Which HostPapa Plan to Buy
The plans differ mostly in sites, storage and email. This is how I’d pick:
- Essentials: for one small site. Only 2 email addresses, so it won’t suit a team.
- Growth: for up to 5 sites, with automated backups and stronger security. It’s the plan I’d pick for most small businesses.
- Premium: for unlimited sites and 40 email addresses. It suits freelancers with a few client sites.
- Elite: for 8 times the server resources of Essentials and unlimited email. At its $27.99 renewal, a VPS starts to make more sense.
HostPapa VPS and Managed WordPress Deals
The sale also covers HostPapa’s other products. These are worth a look:
