Customer Support, Inside WordPress

Keep the Conversation Together

For WordPress product businesses and small support teams that want to manage tickets on their own site.

A Focused Agent Inbox

Assign tickets, set priorities, filter by status, and search by subject or ticket number. Agents can also find conversations by customer name or email.

Public Replies and Private Notes

Keep customer replies and internal notes clearly separated. Private notes stay out of customer views and outgoing email.

A Customer Portal

Customers can open tickets, follow conversations, and reply from your site. Stock pages have their own consistent layout, independent of theme headers and footers.

Email Replies With Context

Connect the included signed relay so customer replies return to their ticket. Review new or unmatched senders before accepting them as new conversations.

Delivery You Can Inspect

Review outgoing notification states, cancel queued messages, and retry failures that occurred before sending. Uncertain deliveries remain visible for review.

Your Site, Your Setup

Configure portal copy, colours, ticket defaults, and notifications. Core Support works independently; Core Forms and commerce plugins are not required.

A Clear Place to Ask for Help

The customer sees the conversation, its status, and a simple reply box. Your team works from the agent inbox.

Use the automatically created support page, or add the Customer Portal, New Ticket, and My Tickets blocks to pages you already have.

Stock pages use Core Support’s own design. Blocks embedded on your pages keep the surrounding theme layout.

Start With a Small Pilot

The current beta includes the portal, agent workspace, and signed email relay. It is intended for teams comfortable testing a new helpdesk and configuring their own email infrastructure.

Use a staging site first and keep your existing support channel available during the pilot.

Before You Buy

  • Requires WordPress 7.0+, PHP 8.2+, and sodium for encrypted email and license storage.
  • Inbound email requires a customer-owned Cloudflare Worker, routing with plus addressing, and mailbox configuration. Direct Gmail and Microsoft OAuth connections are not included yet.
  • Outgoing email uses your WordPress mail setup. Hosting, mailbox, SMTP, and relay charges are separate.
  • Original emails and their attachments are available to authorised agents as email files. Individual attachment handling in the customer portal is not included yet.
  • Agents on a site currently share its mailboxes. Mailbox-specific access restrictions, importers, purchase context, and reporting remain planned work.

Questions Before You Start

The practical details of licensing, setup, and this beta.

What does lifetime include?

Your license has no expiry date and includes updates for the life of the product. The purchase does not include third-party hosting or email services, or a guaranteed support response time.

Can I use it on client sites?

Yes. The license supports unlimited sites, including client projects. Each WordPress site has its own activation and ticket data.

Does email work immediately after installation?

The portal is available after activation. Email needs configuration: connect a reliable WordPress mail service for outgoing replies and set up the included signed relay for inbound replies. Test a complete email conversation before inviting customers.

Is this a production-ready release?

No. This is a beta for staging and controlled pilots. Live provider validation and the wider production gates are still open. Keep an existing support channel available while you evaluate it.

Do I need Core Forms or FluentCart?

No. Core Support includes its own intake and customer portal. FluentCart handles the purchase and license on this store; it does not need to be installed on your support site.

What happens if a license cannot be checked?

Your tickets, portal, and support features keep working. A valid site activation is required to receive licensed updates, and stored credentials remain available if a temporary connection fails.
