• The WooCommerce product rail fits three products in a row again. Its wider spacing had broken WooCommerce’s column sizing, so only two fit.

Uranium 0.1.0 is the first release of a hybrid WordPress theme for industrial companies: manufacturers, equipment makers, parts distributors, engineering firms and field-service teams.

What’s in it

• PHP templates run the page shell and the store screens, theme.json holds the design tokens, and the header and footer are block template parts you can edit in the Site Editor.
• 41 patterns, including three headers, three footers and seven complete pages.
• WooCommerce support through hooks only, with no template overrides: shop, categories, product pages with a spec rail built from attributes, cart and checkout blocks, My Account and the Mini-Cart.
• FluentCart templates for products, categories and brands, with FluentCart’s colors mapped to the theme.
• Light and dark modes. Dark follows the visitor’s device by default, and a header toggle remembers their choice.
• Four accent palettes in the Customizer: Signal, Hazard, Hi-vis and Cobalt.
• IBM Plex type, square corners, hairline rules and no jQuery on the front end.

Bismuth 0.1.0

Bismuth is a hybrid WordPress theme for legal and professional services. It combines classic PHP templates with an editable core-block pattern library, Source Serif 4 and Source Sans 3, and three palettes.

Install

Download bismuth-0.1.0.zip, then upload it under Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme.

• 26 core-block patterns for full pages, practice areas, lawyer profiles, editorial content, and reusable sections.

Verified

All 26 patterns pass WordPress editor serialization validation. The installable ZIP activates in a separate WordPress Studio site and registers both custom templates and all patterns. The initial desktop/mobile accessibility pass covered 12 page and utility layouts; nested landmarks found during that pass were corrected. The three color palettes pass the subsequent desktop checks.

The package contains 54 files under one bismuth/ folder. The release artifact is checked for ZIP integrity, PHP syntax, JSON validity, and installed-file parity.

The fictional firm, Unsplash photographs, preview switcher, and non-sending enquiry form are demo content. Photographs are not part of the GPL theme ZIP; image patterns use a placeholder until you add your own images. Contact forms need a form plugin. No WordPress.org directory acceptance, automatic-update service, or Theme Check certification is claimed.

Requires WordPress 7.0 and PHP 7.4. Installed checks ran on WordPress 7.1 and PHP 8.4.

Xenon is a block theme for studio portfolios: photographers, designers, architects, and small studios. It opens on a dark gallery ground, sets your name as large as the screen allows, hangs your projects as an uneven mosaic, and lists every one in a ruled index. It is built the way Osmium is, with core blocks only and no theme JavaScript, and it takes the opposite look.

What is in 0.1.0

• 13 templates. Five of them can be picked per post or page: a project with a full-screen cover, a project with a sticky details column, a journal entry at a reading measure, a page with no title, and a blank canvas.
• 49 patterns in eight groups: Openers, Work, Project kit, Studio, Pages, Post layouts, Headers, and Footers. The project kit covers a whole case study: lead and facts, brief, full-bleed and paired images, a gallery, a client quote, results, credits, process, and the next project.
• Five designs. Darkroom is the default. White Cube is the bright gallery, Cyanotype is Prussian blue, Safelight is black with a darkroom red, and Silver is the warm gray of a silver print.
• Four headline presets, Condensed, Regular, Wide, and Poster. They change the headline’s width from one Archivo file, so no extra font loads.
• Section and block styles that keep patterns to core blocks: a Flash band that inverts the palette, Raised, Glow, and Ruled sections; Mosaic, Stagger, Index, and Strip post grids; Flash and Mono-until-hover images; Spec tables; Index lists; and a Status line.
• Two bundled fonts, Archivo and Fragment Mono, served from your own domain, and fourteen photographs made for the theme.

How projects work

Projects are ordinary posts. Put them in a category with the slug work, tag each one with its discipline, and give it a featured image and a one-line excerpt. The front page, archives, and work patterns pick them up. Until the site has a work category, the grids show every post, so a fresh install is never empty.

Known limits

• The full-page patterns are built for the Page, no title template. On the default template, the page title prints above the pattern’s own heading.
• A post without a featured image shows as a card with only its title.
• This release has not been run through the Theme Check plugin or tested in right-to-left languages.

Core Forms 4.9.4 fixes integration delivery, retries, field mapping, and provider compatibility.

Fixed

• Unify action outcomes across submissions, paid fulfillment, testing, replay, and queued work; report transport/provider failures and missing handlers accurately.
• Connect background delivery and transient retries to eligible actions, with saved-submission requirements, execution leases, and ActiveCampaign/Kit checkpoints.
• Preserve unavailable integrations and validate field mappings; retain explicit unchecked settings.
• Correct Notion title/property mapping, Airtable value types and metadata, FluentCommunity membership APIs, and raw WhatsApp webhook responses.
• Replace the broken Sheets setup link with a maintained authenticated receiver and align integration descriptions with the implemented capabilities.

Integration setup

• Airtable tokens require schema.bases:read and data.records:write for the selected base. Notion connections require read and insert access to the shared database or data source. These permissions let Core Forms match the destination schema and send correctly typed values.
• Google Sheets has a maintained receiver with a shared-secret setting. Existing plain OK receivers remain supported; the new receiver must use the same secret as the form action.

Core Forms 4.9.3 fixes wrapper-class data loss and redundant ARIA requirements, and improves the Support Request template with preconfigured email actions.

Improved

• The Support Request template now includes an optional Site URL, category, priority, subject, and a six-row issue description, with an admin notification and submitter auto-responder configured using the site’s email address.
• Applying a template inside the visual builder now saves its action and message presets through both Save fields and Save Form.

Fixed

• Classes and supported attributes on individual p/div/span field wrappers survive Code/Visual conversions without turning the wrapper into a container or hiding its input. Wrapper attributes remain separate from input attributes.
• Recover the specific saved wrapper/container name collision produced by 4.9.2 when the original input is still present in the schema.
• Native required fields no longer trigger a missing aria-required warning. Frontend enhancement, accessibility autofix, templates, and the legacy field generator no longer add redundant aria-required attributes alongside required.
• Cached accessibility reports discard the retired warning while retaining other findings. Native required validation and explicitly authored ARIA remain intact.

Core Forms 4.9.2 fixes field editing, rendering, and validation across the builder and front end.

• Code and Visual mode preserve radio and checkbox groups, selected values, empty placeholders, option groups, nested layouts, helper HTML, descriptions, and custom attributes through repeated edits and saves.
• Saving immediately after editing HTML keeps the latest fields. Duplicating or renaming nested fields updates their internal references and avoids duplicate choice values.
• Name, Address, Rating, submit, and reset fields render usable controls. Named submit buttons retain their values in AJAX submissions.
• Conditional fields support both colon and equals rules, checkbox dependencies, multiple conditions, and hidden required controls.
• Required checkbox groups validate correctly when advancing multi-step forms. Inline validation preserves help text and recognizes selected radio groups.
• Server validation checks field types, allowed choices, numeric and date limits, step values, and multiple email addresses while accepting zero as a valid value.
• Calculated fields recognize both supported calculation attributes, and character counters load when their attribute is present.
• Field and option settings have associated labels and retain explicit checked and selected defaults.

Validated with 385 PHP tests, 14 JavaScript regression tests, static analysis, and live audit forms on gauravtiwari.org.

Core Forms 4.9.1 fixes three form-builder issues:

• The p/div/span wrapper setting now applies to schema-backed forms and generated HTML.
• Consent fields render as working checkboxes and keep their type when switching editor modes.
• HTML imports retain autocomplete, inputmode, ARIA, data attributes, and other supported control attributes through saving and rendering.

The stray settings badge has been removed from License & Updates.

Quoted attribute values are escaped correctly in generated markup.
