Unoptimized Images
Images uploaded at 4000px wide when 800px would do. No WebP conversion. No lazy loading. This alone can add 3-5 seconds to load time.
Render-Blocking Resources
CSS and JavaScript files that block the page from rendering until they’re fully downloaded. Critical CSS fixes this, but most sites don’t have it configured.
