Your Website Should Feel Instant
Not "pretty fast on Wi-Fi," but fast where it actually matters: real phones, real networks, real users, real Google. I help you kill the silent tax of a slow site.
The Silent Tax You're Paying
Most "slow site" problems are not one big problem. They are a pile of small, annoying problems that stack up.
LCP is High
Your hero image is huge, unoptimized, and loaded too late. Users stare at a blank screen.
INP is Bad
Scripts fight each other on the main thread. Buttons feel laggy. Clicks don't register.
CLS Jumps
Fonts, ads, or layout containers shift after render. Users click the wrong things.
Database Bloat
Your WordPress database is bloated and your backend feels heavy with every page load.
Third-Party Bloat
Analytics, chat, ads, embeds quietly dominate load time and tank your scores.
Caching Chaos
Your caching is half-configured, or worse, misconfigured. Nothing works as expected.
And then comes the cherry on top: you install one more plugin to "fix speed," and things get worse. Classic.
What a Well-Optimized Site Feels Like
Speed is not just a Google checkbox. It is user experience. And UX is revenue.
- Pages load fast and stay stable
- Scrolling feels smooth
- Taps and clicks respond instantly
- Forms do not lag or glitch
- Images look sharp but load light
- Core Web Vitals pass consistently
- Traffic converts better
What You Get
You get outcomes, not a generic "speed package."
Performance Audit
A clear breakdown of what is slowing your site down. Not vague reports—a practical plan.
- What blocks rendering and why
- The real LCP culprit identified
- Input lag and long task analysis
- Layout shift causes mapped
- Third-party script assessment
Implemented Fixes
Real improvements on your site, not just recommendations you have to figure out.
- Image optimization (WebP, sizing)
- Font and CSS optimization
- JavaScript control and cleanup
- Caching and CDN tuning
- Database and TTFB fixes
"Keep It Fast" Setup
Most speed work dies from neglect. I give you a maintenance-friendly system.
- What to avoid adding
- Testing protocols for changes
- Settings that must stay locked
- Content publishing guidelines
- Optional monitoring setup
My Optimization Process
I do performance work the boring way. The correct way.
Baseline Testing & Diagnosis
I measure your site properly. Not just one tool, one run, one score. I test across mobile, desktop, key templates, and real-world patterns.
Fix High-Impact Bottlenecks
I prioritize fixes that produce the biggest real-world gain. LCP delivery, JS blocking, layout stability, cache efficiency.
Tune, Verify & Lock In
After the fixes, I re-test and validate. Then I document what changed, why, and what to monitor going forward.
Common Problems I Fix
If you're wondering "is this me?" here are the usual suspects.
Core Web Vitals That Won't Behave
LCP stuck above 2.5s on mobile. INP feels random. CLS spikes due to fonts, ads, or embeds. These are usually fixable with the right priorities.
"Fast Score, Slow Feeling"
Decent lab scores but still sluggish? Interactions lag from heavy JS, third-party takeover, or busy main thread. I optimize for feeling, not just score.
Plugin-Happy WordPress Sites
I love WordPress. But I hate plugin bloat. Remove redundant plugins, replace heavy ones, configure essentials properly.
Slow Checkout & Lead Forms
This is where speed becomes money. If forms lag, users abandon. If checkout is slow, revenue leaks. I optimize these like they're the product.

What This Service Is Not
Let me save you time. Performance work should feel disciplined. Not chaotic.
- I do not sell fake "100/100 guaranteed" promises
- I do not do shady score tricks that break your UX
- I do not blindly install five plugins and call it optimization
- I do not sacrifice design just to shave milliseconds
- I do not treat your production site like a playground
Common Questions
How much improvement can I expect?
It depends on your baseline. If your site is already decent, you may get smaller gains but better stability. If your site is heavy, improvements can be dramatic, especially on mobile.
Will this break my design or functionality?
It should not. I approach changes carefully, test after each phase, and keep rollback options ready. If your setup is complex, I'll tell you upfront where the risk is.
Do you work with WooCommerce?
Yes. WooCommerce can be fast, but it needs attention in the right places: cart, checkout, fragments, query load, and third-party payment scripts.
Can you just "install a plugin" and make it fast?
That's the fantasy. Real optimization is configuration, cleanup, asset strategy, and sometimes code-level fixes. Plugins help, but they're not a substitute for thinking.
Do you need access to my hosting?
Often, yes, at least partially. Many speed issues are server-side: caching, PHP workers, database, or CDN behavior. We can discuss least-privilege access options.
What if my site uses a heavy page builder?
Then we work with reality. I'll optimize what can be optimized, reduce waste, and improve delivery. If the builder is the main bottleneck, I'll tell you plainly.
Ready To Make Your Site Fast?
If your website feels slow, you're paying for it every day. In rankings, in bounce rate, in trust, in conversions.
