Do you handle the actual posting?

On the Managed and Growth plans, yes. On the Strategy Only plan, I provide the calendar, captions, and hashtags. You post. Either way, you approve everything before it goes live.

How often should I post?

3-5 times per week is the sweet spot for most brands. But consistency beats frequency. I’d rather you post 3 great posts than 7 mediocre ones.

Can you help with Instagram ads too?

Instagram ads run through Meta’s ad platform. If you need paid campaigns, check out my Facebook Ads services. I manage both platforms from the same account.
