India + full control + lower long-term costs = WooCommerce. Managed infrastructure + okay with transaction fees = Shopify. Digital products and subscriptions = FluentCart. I give honest recommendations based on your specific situation, not platform commissions.

Can you migrate my existing store?

Yes. Shopify to WooCommerce, Magento to WooCommerce, or any other combination. Products, customers, orders, and reviews all migrate cleanly. 301 redirects are set up so you do not lose any SEO value built over the years.

What about ongoing maintenance?

Maintenance retainers start at ₹20,000/month covering plugin updates, security monitoring, performance checks, and minor changes with priority support. Most ecommerce stores need at least quarterly maintenance to stay secure and fast.

Do you handle hosting?

I recommend and configure hosting as part of the project. Cloudways, RunCloud, or custom Hetzner/DigitalOcean setups depending on your traffic levels and budget. No hosting commissions. I recommend what works best for your store.

What if I need changes after launch?

Changes within scope during the support period are included at no extra cost. Beyond that, hourly work at ₹3,000/hour or monthly retainers are available. Most clients prefer a small retainer for continuous improvements.

How long does it take?
