Hi! As you may already know, my name is Gaurav Tiwari. I’m a developer (specializing in WordPress, PHP, and JavaScript frameworks), web designer, marketer, and educator who has spent 18 years creating meaningful digital experiences. I build things that work: fast websites, high-converting content, and tools that solve real problems.
My approach is simple: technology should be invisible. It should just perform.
As the founder of Gatilab, I help individuals and organizations succeed online. This means performance-focused WordPress websites, content strategies that drive traffic and conversions, and systems designed to scale. I’ve worked with over 850 clients — from solo bloggers figuring out their first website to government agencies running campaigns that reached 300 million people.
My journey started in 2008 when, at 15-16, I began building websites for local businesses in Kushinagar, India. What started as necessity became craft. Now, I am 33 years old, and I’ve collaborated with local, national, and global brands of all types. I’ve developed WordPress plugins used by 15,000+ websites. I’ve written 1,800+ articles on this blog. And through it all, I’ve maintained the same core belief: if the work doesn’t solve a real problem, it’s not worth shipping.
The combination that defines my work is unusual. I’m a mathematics major who has some outstanding academic rigor, teaching instinct, government experience, and self-taught technical skills that shape everything I create.

Writing Style

Every piece is written with SEO in mind but never at the expense of readability. Content must be human-centered, integrating keywords naturally. If it doesn’t help the reader, it doesn’t get published.

Origin Story: The Changelog
- Born in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh. Academic prodigy with a strong aptitude for mathematics, English, and geography. Topped every class from 1st grade through M.Sc.
